Party Checklist

As your party day approaches, Bounce and Slide Texas wants your event to go as smoothly as possible so here are a few tips and reminders:

We will be calling you no later than the evening before your event with an estimated delivery time.  We often have to arrive several hours in advance in order to get all of our jumps delivered by the scheduled party times.  There is no fee for extra time and your rental will still last the scheduled amount of time. If an early delivery will be a problem, please notify our office as soon as possible.

We need someone over the age of 18 at the time of delivery to sign safety rules, contracts and make payment.

Please ensure that there is a clear path from the street all the way to your set up area.  Some of the larger jumps require a 4-5' path since they are so large. (No, we can't lift the 500 pound jump and slide over your wall and through your house) If you have stairs or a tiered backyard please call the office to discuss setup options.

Please clear the set up area of any rocks or sharp objects. We can't set up any inflatable bouncer on rocks or wood chips. Please clear the area of any pet waste. We will not setup in an unsanitary area.

Please turn any automatic sprinklers off a few days before your event (especially water slide rentals). This will help keep the wheels of our dolly from making depressions in your yard. It also helps keep our inflatables and your guests feet clear

If your special event will be at a park, please tell us. Park setups affect our scheduling.  You will need to either provide electricity within 75´ or rent a generator which we can provide at an additional cost. The renter is responsible for acquiring all necessary permits for setting up in a park.

Please call as early as possible if you need to cancel due to weather or any other reason.  Once we´ve set up our inflatable bounce and slide, we do not give refunds for any reason, including weather.  Please see the FAQ and Policies pages on our web site.

 
Payment is due at the time of delivery, our drivers cannot setup until payment is made. You can pay with Cash, Credit Card or check. When paying with cash we ask for exact change as our drivers do not carry change with them. Unlike our inflatable units, when paying with a check, we ask that it please not bounce.
 
If you ever need something from us that will help you, please don't hesitate to ask.  In addition to inflatables and generators, we can add things like tables and chairs up until the night before your party!
